www.discusforthediscerning.com is the web site of Lai Aquatics International Ltd a UK registered company. The Managing Director David Lai, a native of Malaysia and a discus enthusiast. He frequently travels to the far east in search of quality discus and is delighted to supply quality discus to both trade and retail customers.

 We are located 10 minutes from junction 28 of the M25 and our premises consist of a 350 sq. foot fish house that is home to 50 tanks of fish. We use a centralised system for the post quarentine fish and we also run a separate quarentine fish house of approximately 150 sq. ft. which houses 30 tanks .

Water maintenance comprises of: Constant drip water exchange. Water is prepared via Reverse Osmosis and balanced with tap water.

We try to stock as many discus varieties as possible and our constant trips to the Far East enables us to source almost any vareity of quality discus.
